We purchase all of our aluminum hydroxides from a reliable supplier, ensuring good quality and stable performance. Each batch of raw materials must undergo strict sampling inspection and detailed documentation will be maintained.
In the production process, we utilize aluminum hydroxides with a particle size of 80-100 mesh. To begin with, these raw materials will be processed into 600 mesh particles by a pulverizer. Next, the processed parts will be removed from crystal water at 900 ℃ and turned into activated aluminum oxides. Then, we will add different additives making granules in accordance with customer requirements. The granules must be made at a constant temperature of 25 to 30 ℃ for 36-49 hours. Finally, these semi-finished granules will be processed at different temperatures and the activated alumina is done.
